Graduate school is a tool for access, it can also invoke triggers of stress and anxiety. Adding layers of ongoing racial oppression and a global pandemic would undoubtedly produce environmental harm and perpetuate traumatic outcomes in graduate education. Can one survive, and even heal, during these times? The authors present their use of dialogue as a means for getting through and healing during graduate school.
