Founded in 2012, Exponential Talent’s mission is to help organizations everywhere do extraordinary work by building more inclusive, engaging, and equitable workplaces. We are a management consultancy specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion, human resources strategy, and organization development. We believe that to achieve more excellent performance, innovation, and impact, organizations must effectively engage with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as both a reality and an opportunity for the 21st-century global business environment. As a firm, we engage with many for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, educational and governmental institutions, start-ups, and well-established organizations across many different industries, including tech, financial services, biotech, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, consulting, and higher education. We are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with offices throughout the US and Canada and partners in Europe and Asia. Given our headquarters in Silicon Valley, many of our clients are in the tech and biotech sectors. About two-thirds of these firms have global operations, which means that we have worked in many different countries and cultural contexts. This experience enables us to bring a multicultural perspective to our services in addition to our content expertise.
