The Chapter analyzes how the management model is changing in a business world that is in a constant state of flux. Different factors made the World complex and this complexity is synthesized with the acronym VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous).

Starting from previous literature on management models, the authors, using as research sample executives from Italian companies, analyze through a qualitative study the needs and possible solutions and proposals to reinventing management in the future.
