The spatial relationships between Beijing–Shanghai high-speed railway station and the cities

Over the past ten years, the high-speed railway construction of China has aroused the attention of the world, which has also exerted extensive impact upon the development pattern of Chinese urban space. This study attempts to elaborate a typology of relationships between the railway stations and their host cities.
