Recently a European funded project named Delos has produced empirical formulae to predict transmission coefficients for a range of submerged structures. Have you checked your results against those?

Yes we did. Actually the van der Meer et al. formula (2005) consists in a modification of the d'Angremond et al (1997) expression for wide crested structures (B/H_i>10). We tested that relationship and found out it to have a response halfway between d'Angremond et al. (1997) and Buccino and Calabrese (2007). Hence it practically doesn’t add any further information to our conclusions. This at least in the experimental field we are discussing now.
