The objective of this chapter is to demonstrate the depth of our language when we relate to each other in the workplace and thus be able to determine the dysfunctions that are generated by lack of understanding or concealment of certain data and information on a daily basis.

The study was based on a family company with 130 employees in Argentina, which is dedicated to the distribution of mass consumption products. The socio-economic approach to management was applied in this company.

Through sterring meetings, a proximity to the managers of the different areas was implemented and it was possible to identify some meanings of the internal language. This then helped to work on the actual strategic path.
