The services provided in Health Organizations need continuous improvement. Managers of the Healthcare Institutions have to be able to respond quickly to the increasing demands of the community they are serving. In other way, the leaders of health establishments must be trained and have the tools that allow them to monitor and to master the introduction of change and to help their organizations to overcome challenges especially in times of health or economic crises.

In this chapter, the aim is to present the socio-economic approach to management (SEAM) applied in three hospitals in the Middle East as well as the impact of this approach on the result and the development of managerial skills.
