The socio-economic theory is part of responsible and sustainable economic foundations inscribed in a socially responsible capitalism. Financial capitalism leads to crises whose origins were exposed as early as 1922 by the Spanish economist Bernácer. The ultraliberal ideology attributes to the market the capacity to regulate itself. A two-level strategy, the firm and the general economy, is needed to move from traditional management to participatory management by all actors involved. The author advocates the social and solidarity market economy, built from the enterprise and based on the substitution of a humanist ideology for ultraliberalism, in order to improve the living conditions of the population. Socio-economic theory shows that the existence of considerable reserves of productivity delays or prevents the creation of jobs.
