This article considers a student’s perspective on the influence that curriculum design and development have on their goals for personal and professional development. Framed by an academic plan model, a constructivist approach to teaching and learning is applied to curriculum design elements, including instructional processes and evaluation and assessment strategies. A research and development renewal process is discussed as a continuous change model.
