Yoga, a 5000 year old art, has been identified as an important stress reducing exercise (Weintraub, 2000). It is being used by physicians and fitness trainers. Yoga has evolved into a form of treatment (i.e., yoga therapy). The chapter reports on an action research project that explored yoga’s effect on student anxiety.
