The socio-economic approach to management led ISEOR, as a center of research and consulting company, to consider business as an exploration area suitable for both experimentation and clear-cut conceptualization, and prohibiting all our researchers to escape the abstract and abstruse ratiocinations. If the smooth running of a business depends on the creativity and initiative of the individuals that compose it, it seems obvious that focusing on human potential and its development is crucial.
The cornerstone that imparts strength and durability to our method is precisely the particular importance we attach to human potential whose consideration is vital in all areas of activity regardless of type and size of an enterprise, an organization, a city, a region, or a nation. It is around this concept that our analysis of the very core of our work will hinge.
