This paper reviews the outcomes of a change process implemented in a human resource service company. This company is the national Belgian subsidiary related to a New York Stock Exchange listed American group. We present the achievements we observed by applying a change management method that has been experimented by the French research center, the Socio-Economic Institute of Companies and Organizations (ISEOR) (Savall, 1979). In this paper, we referred to socio-economic intervention-research, which is a transformative longitudinal research carried out in a company that we call M, in an attempt at implementing a change process. Intervention-research is an exploratory and confirmation research technique that consists in actually getting into the company, to conduct the change process (Buono & Savall, 2007). Indeed, this research methodology is based on organizational immersion and cooperation between scholars and company actors, in order to get reliable experimental materials and lead to organizational improvement.
