I believe in symbolic messages. When I entered the front doors looking for this conference, I was greeted by somebody asking if I was looking for the women entrepreneurship program. At that moment, I asked myself, “How could she know that?” Many of you know, I advocate for entrepreneurs. As Dr. Heorhiadi said, I like to engage individuals and I research aspects of creative deviance within entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs and their ability to introduce innovation. I would like to take a few moments to present what I consider to be a representation of some of these aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship. What it is like to be there in that “aha” moment of invention? I believe that SEAM is a method that can address our culture and can bring forth more of the entrepreneurial potential.
