There are multiple questions within the protocols and surveys that are not related to the present study; however, a selection of the interview questions related to our two research questions are listed below. The interview protocols were intended to be very broad as we were still in the initial stages of understanding of how leadership manifested at Linked Learning school sites.

These questions are not directly related to the forms of distributed leadership (division of labor, co-performance and parallel performance); however, these questions, like the earlier leadership questions, are open ended enough that teachers and administrators were able to give a robust picture of the formal and informal leadership structures in existence at the schools.
