The past few years in the United States, and around the globe, have provided ample evidence that change is coming; it is, in fact, being demanded. Capitalism, once a taboo topic for mainstream news shows, is now being delicately and, at times, subversively brought into question. Even on the so-called “left” networks the word itself is still rarely used. However, little by little the possibility is being proposed that, in contrast to what we have been taught our entire lives, perhaps it is the system itself that is defective and not merely the vast and “lazy” majority that choose not to embrace the immense and glorious opportunities that the free market provides.
