Human security is the first concern among all in human life. The society and other institutions are formed to keep human life secure. An individual can’t think oneself secure until he or she gets rights appropriately. Only a secure individual can be conscious to protect his or her rights and duties. As the concept of rights is generated by human beings themselves, at the same time it might be on the hook by various human activities. Inventing artificial intelligence (AI) is one of them. It may be profitable for some fields of works but not in each. This chapter focuses on the AI and human rights nexus. How AI may be the antagonist of humans? And how AI may devastate human life by ruining rights will be the main concern. Simultaneously, the question of the future identity of a human class called labor or farmer and the various righteous aspects of living a normal life with an unconscious machine within a single society will be discussed. The ideas of the post-human world and bio-politics in the realm of “human rights in post-human world” will also be examined briefly. The findings of this study basically focus on human rights-based approach (HRBA) which was passed by the United Nations Organization (UNO) for the safeguarding of commoner's rights and sustainable development of the human race in the age of AI. No need to say that the HRBA uses AI and scientific development for the positive development of mankind.
