AI has a very important implication on almost all fields of our industry across nations. Different research has proved that AI has a profound role in the healthcare sector. After careful investigations, different researchers have undergone constructive research in the field of the importance of AI in healthcare, but its justification from an ethical point of view is yet to be addressed, managed, and explored. Although modern technology and techniques are equally important in healthcare, they should not divulge the value of ethical practices and their importance in the field of healthcare tools. Under such circumstances, this study has concentrated on the gap that persists after careful investigation of research articles published in the last five years and available on the Scopus platform. These articles have been screened further with the help of an open-source software named Vos viewer, and the screening has revealed that AI has not yet touched the connection between healthcare use of artificial intelligence (AI), and informed consent. Under such a backdrop, this study has carefully investigated the published research work done by several countries in recent years and has identified a new area of research that can be undertaken.
