This research results-analyzed under two future scenarios, about the need for HR strategies to positively adjust so as to be in place for humans and machines to collaboratively explore their impactful horizons. This study may provide direction to HR leaders who wish to navigate this highly technical landscape in search of an agile workforce prepared to face the future.
