Eco or green human resources management (GHRM) practices are practices and policies that encourage employees to behave and innovate sustainably in their work. GHRM aims to minimize climate disruptions and make it more socially and environmentally responsible. The chapter aims to present the study exploring green employee engagement practices in alignment with the sustainability development goals (SDGs). SDG-3 (good health and well-being) aims at urgent actions to combat climate change. Green employee engagement includes environmental initiatives, green behavior, and an eco-friendly attitude, with the execution of engaging them toward organizational performance. The study offers insights into how green employee engagement is linked with SDGs. The novelty of the chapter is the aggregation of employee engagement initiatives with Eco-HRM practices, leading toward SDGs. The chapter assumed that the ability–motivation–opportunity (AMO) theory enhances employee involvement in greening activities.
