Abstract
In today’s competitive and complex business landscape, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into knowledge management (KM) systems presents transformative opportunities for enhancing talent management (TM) strategies. This chapter explores the pivotal role of AI-driven KM in optimizing TM through technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics. AI enables organizations to make data-driven decisions, uncover workforce patterns, and personalize development programs, thereby fostering adaptability and agility. The chapter addresses four primary objectives: assessing AI’s role in knowledge-driven TM, exploring it’s impact on skill development and career planning, evaluating its contribution to strategic decision-making, and examining associated ethical considerations. By aligning workforce strategies with business objectives, AI-enhanced KM systems promote responsive, ethical, and resilient approaches to managing talent.
