Abstract
This essay explores the role of out-of-school programs in supporting the academic and personal development of gifted students. It examines the structure and documented outcomes of three key program types—Saturday classes, early university entrance, and summer programs—highlighting their potential for acceleration, enrichment, and peer support. The discussion also considers the future implications of such initiatives for talent development beyond the traditional school environment.
