The behavioral dimension of culturally relevant leadership learning model focuses on daily interactions between those involved in the leadership learning process. This includes the quality of interactions between individuals, intergroup, intragroup, and across diverse groups. Since every individual enters learning environments with their own identities and lived experiences, their perceived behavior in various situations has a deeper reason, including active learning strategies to help diverse students engage with others, especially those from different backgrounds. In this chapter, case studies are connected to the behavioral dimension of culturally relevant leadership learning and demonstrate how developmental opportunities emerge in often unique and innovative ways.
