Abstract
The study analyzed the service quality of Active Aging Learning Centers (AALCs), the learning outcomes, and the life quality perceived by senior learners. The study compared senior learners of different demographic profiles and their perceptions of AALC service quality, learning outcomes, and life quality. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and mixed effect model. It is suggested that AALCs should improve their service quality in the future by taking a more proactive initiative in understanding the needs of senior learners, including the delivery methods and the course topics, especially the ones in health promotion, positive thinking, and career planning for the second half of their lives.
