Artificial intelligence (AI) and related technologies are reshaping the business landscape at an unprecedented pace. Yet, the extent to which employees adapt to these rapidly evolving conditions remains insufficiently understood. These shifts influence employees’ cognition, emotions, and behaviors, underscoring the need for a more comprehensive examination of their implications. Although scholars have begun exploring new concepts, the underlying intellectual structure of the literature remains unclear. To address this gap, this chapter presents a bibliometric analysis of 180 articles from the Scopus database. The analysis highlights influential scholars, prominent publications, leading journals, and five distinct intellectual clusters that reflect both the existing gaps and the foundational structure of the field. These findings offer insights into the intellectual landscape of AI-related organizational behavior research. Laying the groundwork for future studies on how AI-driven digital transformation affects employees.
