This study aims to establish the effect of technological incorporation in the training and handling of the workforce in the hotel business and discusses how they have impacted conventional practices in an organization by applying digital, AI, and automation advancements to improve operation productivity and satisfaction. We reviewed advances in technology around learning management systems (LMS), artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment & scheduling, mobile workforce management applications, virtual reality (VR) as a training tool, and cloud-based human resource (HR) solutions. Observations from case studies and reports of these technologies are made concerning how they can help overcome such obstacles as high turnover rates and inconsistent quality. This subject implies that technology in workforce management provides enhanced consistencies in training, better staffing levels, and more engagement at the workforce level. Technology such as AI and predictive analytics enhances the hiring process and staff scheduling, while applications and cloud systems enhance communication and administrative work. The paper offers recommendations that managers in the hotel industry can adopt to improve the effectiveness of technology in the training and management of employees. All these changes will help the hotels increase efficiency, cutting costs and making their guests happy. This chapter provides practical and theoretical knowledge regarding the impact of emerging technologies in changing the nature of workforce management in hotel organizations, as well as critical issues, future trends, and best practices that can lead to better organizational performance management.
