Khan Academy is a non-profit organization that serves as an online platform for educational resource sharing. Since its inception, which many describe as accidental, the Academy’s reach has extended from one cousin’s attempt to assist another with math tutoring to a highly structured and respected source of primary instructional texts used by millions of individuals, educators, and educational cooperatives to enhance learner access to flexible pacing in context. This chapter presents parallel reflections on the impact of Khan Academy from the perspective of two educators who have observed and utilized the platform.
