The chapter explores the themes of identity, power and positionality through reflexive interviewing, where researchers can reflect on participant interactions and communicate nuanced ethical dilemmas (Olmos-Vega et al., 2023). Subjectivity is embraced whilst sharing extracts from reflexive interviews to consider what it means to be individuals, who exist in a third space between practice and research (Ostinelli, 2016, p. 542). Reflexivity is framed as a tool which develops Professional Development (PD) design.
