This study investigates the role of digital twin avatars in Human Resource Management (HRM). The metaverse within enterprises serves to boost employee development alongside retention because its uses can be examined for their fundamental value, engagement, and support. The research analyzes how digital twin avatars benefit HRM strategy through ethical gains, considerations, and practical application in Human Resource (HR) practices. This conceptual paper synthesizes the research and combines technical analysis of digital twin systems with metaverse implementations as well as HRM operational methods. The model incorporates all HRM functions starting from onboarding through performance management systems as well as employee support mechanisms while addressing ethical issues such as data privacy and virtual interactions. The prospective research results indicate that the use of digital twin avatars will provide customized training to employees together with immediate assessment assistance which promotes positive work team dynamics and collaborative work culture. The integration of these avatars by organizations leads to expected improvements in their operations, employee satisfaction, productivity, retention, and a positive return on investment. This study posits digital twin technology as a key enabler in the article that supports a strategic implementation of HRM along with the evolving business environment for improving workforce capabilities and organizational performance. This study’s findings demonstrate why HR managers need to allocate their budget toward innovative technologies for their organizations. Organizations should implement digital twin avatars for their training and development education. Additionally, organizations need to establish ethical principles that ensure proper data management while maintaining employee trust and employee trust.
