This chapter explores the relationship between responsible tourism, community support and strategy for development in destinations, and hospitality places in Malaysia. A pragmatic research strategy and sequential exploratory model were used, involving qualitative interviews in stage one and quantitative questionnaires in stage two. The questionnaires and interviews were collected from local and foreign tourists in different destinations in Malaysia. The findings indicate that responsible tourism can transform tourism development and destinations in Malaysia. This chapter concludes that tourism development can improve destinations and hospitality projects in Malaysia, contributing to achieving Sustainable Development Goal Agenda 4.
