The concept of sustainable development has gained significant importance globally, emphasizing the need for a balanced approach to economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries, comprising a diverse group of nations, face unique challenges and opportunities in achieving sustainable development. Among these countries, Kuwait has emerged as a pivotal player, actively contributing to the sustainable development of its fellow OIC member states. Kuwait’s contributions to sustainable development can be traced back to its historical commitment to international aid and development cooperation. Through its various initiatives, Kuwait has provided substantial financial aid, invested in critical infrastructure projects, supported educational and healthcare programs, and promoted environmental sustainability. These efforts have not only enhanced the development prospects of individual countries but also strengthened regional stability and cooperation within the OIC framework (Alsharif, 2018).
