Facilitator script: Thank you for joining us today for this focus group! This impact mapping evaluation project will help us better understand the ripple effects of the resources, services, and personnel in the Research Development Office, the Center for Teaching Excellence, and UNCW Library on faculty and instructors who work with us. This mapping process provides a method of visually illustrating the impact of our work, validating the effects of these services, and creating stronger support and understanding of their value. The purpose of this study is to explore overall individual changes that have taken place as a result of participating in our offerings.
