Burnout is a common result of the many difficulties faced by healthcare workers, such as rigorous workloads, mental stress, and uncertain surroundings. This chapter explores how immersive wellness strategies might help healthcare professionals deal with burnout and develop psychological resilience. This study employs a qualitative design to review and analyse literature on healthcare burnout and the effectiveness of immersive wellness strategies impact on psychological resilience and professional performance. Techniques like yoga, nature-focussed retreats, mindfulness exercises, and organised resilience programmes are assessed for their ability to reduce stress, promote self-awareness, and promote relaxation. This study integrates the job demands-resources model as well as self-determination theory in order to explore how job demands contribute to burnout and how wellness strategies fortify resilience. Studies demonstrate how well they work to reduce emotional weariness, enhance focus, and increase empathy, which improves patient encounters and increases organisational success. This chapter promotes the integration of wellness practices into healthcare frameworks through professional development programmes and institutional policies, emphasising their affordability and two benefits: improving staff mental health and optimising organisational outcomes for long-term success.
