The focus of this chapter is on the marketing communication of sustainable nature-based health tourism (NBHT). Wellness tourism (WT) – or what we now recognize as NBHT has become one such amenable growth area in greater cooperation with environmental preservation. The researchers cover new marketing practices developed to cultivate sustainability within both industries with relationship marketing making a win–win impact for businesses and customers alike. Increasing awareness of holistic wellness and ecological responsible life has led to the increasing trend of health tourism (HT), which reveals the research. This would require leveraging digital platforms, sustainability certification, and collaboration with local communities. Place focus on innovative, experiential marketing strategies such as immersive storytelling and tailored wellness programmes to create connection with consumers. The research further emphasizes the need for transparent communication regarding eco-friendly practices, sustainable infrastructure development, and the reduction of the ecological footprint of tourism operations.
