This study aimed to investigate the impact of investment in the circular economy on economic growth in selected European Union countries during the period 2004–2020. Data were obtained on recycling rates, investment rates in recycled materials, and trade rates in circular materials. A descriptive analytical approach was followed, and several statistical methods were employed, including econometric methods, unit root tests, time series stability tests for study variables, and multiple correlation tests. The results showed an impact between investment in the circular economy and economic growth rates in the study countries during the period 2004–2020. As investments in the circular economy increase in the study countries, economic growth rates and per capita GDP rise. One of the study’s most important recommendations is the need to encourage investments in recycled materials, as this will positively impact economic growth in the study countries. It also recommended the implementation of the circular economy model in Arab countries in general and Jordan in particular.
