This chapter aims to evaluate the impact of transformational leadership on employee innovation and organisational performance specifically in the technology industry. The introduction explains the background of this study including the importance of leadership styles in employee management in the technology industry. A systematic review process is employed to collate the topic and themes. The first theme illustrates the impact of transformational leadership on innovation-related competencies of employees in the tech industry. The second theme discusses the interrelationship between transformational leadership and organisational performance indices in the technology industry. The final theme elaborates on the contemplation of employee engagement in the interrelationship between transformational leadership and organisational performance indices. Some recommendations are proposed based on the discussion of the topic.
