First page of Voices of Resilience: Navigating Cultural Marginalization in Palestine

I am Rabeh Morrar, a Palestinian scholar based in Nablus, working at An-Najah National University. I hold a Ph.D. in innovation economy. I was born in Jerusalem, Palestine. In this short paper, I aim to share my own experience and that of my people regarding cultural marginalization. While I am writing these lines, my people in Gaza are being bombed, starved, and humiliated. In the West Bank, the same humiliation, territorial dispossession, and discrimination are happening. Many people around the world are discovering what is happening on television. However, let me tell you that while the scale of what is happening has never reached this level of barbarism, we, the Palestinians, have been living in these conditions since 1948 (B’Tselem, 2021).
