Abstract
Fulfilling the promise of the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion requires teachers to have the tools to clearly identify student learning gaps and to use evidence-based strategies to support all learners to traverse that gap to make meaningful progress in critical skill areas. The Reflective Teaching for All framework is such a tool that combines data-based instructional decision making and implementation with critical reflection and learning partnership to support all learners toward mastery of critical skills.
