This research is an inquiry into energy-saving and environmental-friendly practices in health tourism, with an emphasis on their acceptance, effects, and challenges. With rising health tourism, there is a need to balance economic profitability with ecological responsibility. The study emphasizes government policy, institutional backing, and industry players in facilitating ecotourism in healthcare. This chapter looks into energy-saving technologies—solar, wind, and geothermal—complemented by green construction practices, such as passive heating, green infrastructure, and efficient lighting. Waste and water management practices, such as recycling, composting, and hazardous waste minimization, are also explored to reduce ecological footprints. The research points out how biophilic design, healthy indoor air, and natural integration can improve patient recovery and satisfaction. It emphasizes the economic advantages of sustainability in terms of cost savings, environmentally conscious clientele, and green jobs. Major hindrances were found to be elevated up-front costs, regulatory concerns, and stakeholder knowledge gaps. Policy scenarios and case studies illustrate the need for public–private partnerships. Technology and community are essential in planning sustainable health tourism worldwide. Notwithstanding constraints such as access to data and regional diversity, this chapter recommends comparative research on renewable energy use and new green technologies in the future in the context of health tourism. It provides pragmatic suggestions to minimize environmental footprint and maximize economic and patient results.
