In grounded theory, we are seeking to answer the questions: What is going on here? How did it come to be this way? What are the participants' main concerns? We are seeking a way to make sense of the data. Given the small sample of this study, it cannot be generalized, but it does reveal a picture of the experiences of the participants that is informative and aligns with other studies on educators' post-COVID-19 experiences (Harris & Jones, 2020; Netolicky, 2020; Zhao, 2020). To ascertain conclusions about the findings, we begin with the categories that emerged and organize them into an analytical schema. It is helpful to organize the data into lists, charts, or diagrams to help the organization and leaders determine their next steps to respond to the data and move forward. The findings from this study have been organized into a graphic model (See Fig. 2).
