3: Impact – What Impact Will this Disruption Have on Humans and the Workplace?

Change at the global or macro-level will have to happen in a number of critical areas, chief among them being political, social, economic, environmental – and what we might broadly term global human health. Clearly, the extent to which any of these variables can be altered will affect the nature, degree, and intensity of the impact on humanity. We will take a look at change and impact at the micro-level – and at the workplace level – in a short while. But for now let’s focus on what is happening now and what might happen in the decade to come.
