10: You Have Completed Your Training Young Bender: How You Can Become the Avatar Leader Your Own Organization and Life Needs

Every Avatar has their time of training. Your training is now almost complete, as you have learned across the previous nine chapters the elements of leadership. Hopefully, you made some friends along the way and didn’t cause too much trouble for the cabbage merchant.

In this final chapter, we take what you have learned throughout the book and summarize it into eight actionable elements for you to act on within your own leadership. How and where you use them will be up to you. Everyone has their own path as an Avatar Leader. You need to figure out what is the right balance for you now. This balance may change over time as you change and your roles change.
