Through this reflection, participants will vocalize their own leadership story by reflecting on experiences that led to leadership development. They will be able to reflect on their journey as leaders from when they were very young to their current state through the experiences they had with friends, families, school teachers, peers, mentors, role models, professors, and others. With internal reflection and outward debriefing, participants will be encouraged to take into consideration location, generation, cultural influences, and resource accessibility when it came to their development.
