This chapter discusses some of the most glaring problems that academic institutions, and, more specifically, business programs, face today. Many have seen diminishing student enrollment and are unable to sustain the costs that have been escalating for several decades. In addition, most programs are very similar to one another, and minimal attempts have been made to differentiate them in any key ways.
