Usually, pedagogy is viewed largely apolitically, in a rational, reasonable way. On the one side, we have teachers who are willing to convey knowledge to students. On the other side, we have students who are, in general, eager and willing to learn. In this rational viewpoint of pedagogy, the main objective is to find the best way to pass the knowledge and skills from teachers to students. Since both teachers and students are interested in this knowledge transfer, the main objective of pedagogy is to come up with the better ways to enhance this transfer. This can be done by involving the latest technological tools and methods that facilitate such transfer and by engaging students in active collaboration with their peers and with their teachers.
