The menu, in general, is a classification system that integrates only some important items while excludes other insignificant items. Also, menu is being largely used in restaurants and their related businesses. To be precise, menu can be considered as a soul of any restaurant or food-based business. Every organization creates its menu in a special and unique way. Menus generally depend on social assumptions regarding meal structure and how food-based items fit into them. The simplest type of menu is most commonly used in every restaurant and other areas where it is required. These printed or handheld menus generally take the form of a posted sign, a drive-thru sign, etc. These menus can be generally found in fast food, eatery, and other food-related zones. Simple to high-end restaurants show their items in menu card in a printed format. Wherever food and related products are sold, menus are probably being used to promote and sell, which appear in all shapes and sizes. Also, modern menus are created with particular functions and markets in mind, and they make use of particular menu types to address those requirements. The concept menu was primarily discovered in ancient Assyria, i.e., printed on a stone table, which dated back to 879 bc. It was during the monarchy of King Ashurnasirpal II, the world’s first surviving menu.
