Neuroscience and Neuroleadership continue to gain research and insights as further research, and books keep getting written about it. While fairly new to the concept of leadership, more research is highlighting its importance. Just like Emotional Intelligence gained prominence in the 20th century, these concepts are highlighting for leaders and their workplace the importance of what is going on inside our brains when dealing with each other, at work, and the implications of leadership. The growing importance of these concepts in the workplace, where humans work and will spend most of their adult waking hours (estimated to be 90,000), and cultures are created will continue to play a role with particular focus on leaders.
