Chapter 7: Closing Thoughts

The above visual is a reminder for the reader of those that were our boss that made our workplace experience a positive one. Those that we would work for again. Those that treated us with respect, helped us grow, contribute, created a safe space at work for us to be relieved of stress from them, remember emotional contagion, and helped us to do our best.

My sincere intent, hope, and prayer is that you this book helped you truly reflect and reassess your leadership effectiveness. For your benefit and of your workforce, pausing along the way to reflect on how you may be behaving and how your good intentions may be landing and impacting others can only help.
