Across the globe, nongovernment organizations (NGOs) and incubators have come to play an important role in promoting social intermediation and conflict resolution among the members of the groups. New groups with no existing network with other banks find it extremely difficult to raise money. The structural factors and rigidities within a group pose various difficulties in the financial inclusion of the members of the group. Self-help promoting institutions (SHPIs) and NGOs play an important role in social intermediation and confidence building among the members of the groups. This chapter will further explore the role of NGOs and incubators in attitude-building and promoting self-reliance among the members of the group. The chapter will provide a conceptual framework on the role of incubators and NGOs in providing financial support and financial intermediation to ensure the achievement of group goals. This chapter will be of immense interest to policymakers and academicians. The primary data will be collected by using the semi-structured interview. The secondary data will be collected using the existing published literature. For data collection, the samples will be selected using purposive random sampling. This chapter will use the case study method semi-structured interviews and hermeneutics to study the impact of NGOs and SHPIs in achieving the success of groups. This chapter will use the theory of collective action to explore the impact of incubation and social intermediation through NGOs and SHPIs on the well-being of small businesses.
