This chapter will highlight the importance of communication strategies in ensuring the success of the groups through conflict resolution. This chapter will explore the role of communication through mass media and digital channels in conflict resolution using the theoretical lens of the theory of mass communication. The scope of the study will be Asian countries and European countries like France, Germany, and Britain. The case study method will be used to explore the impact of the communication strategies on conflict resolution within the group. In Asian countries particularly, the social factors have an important role in deciding the communication strategy. Generally, the emerging nations use various local communication strategies such as Nukkad Nataks and role plays to ensure the flow of information within the groups. Communication and persuasion strategies play an important role in the success of community lending programs. This chapter will explore the importance of communication strategies to achieve equity and financial inclusion. This chapter will also provide case studies on how the use of mass media and telecommunication has helped ensure knowledge sharing among the group members. The outcome of this chapter will be a conceptual framework of various communication strategies that lead to the success of the group.
