4: Historical Context

Past events and their timelines are important to consider in historical context. This chapter focuses on how the temporal backdrop of all events (both large and small in scale) influence context and lead to a great understanding of it. Shifts from industrial to postindustrial frameworks are discussed, as well as how adaptive leadership is significant to leadership learning.
